Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounce: Roquefort cheese,
3 ounce: Cream cheese,
1/4 cup: Sour cream,
1 dash: Cayenne,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
3 dash: Tabasco,
3 1/2 ounce: Finely chopped cooked chicken,

Directions:

Mix the cheese, sour cream, and seasonings together until thoroughly
blended. Add the finely chopped chicken. Serve on crackers. Makes 1
cup.
