Rum-maple Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
3 Slices: bacon, cut into 1/2"
Wide pieces,
1 1/2 cup: Finely chopped onion,
1/3 cup: Maple syrup,
3 tbsp: Dark rum,
1 tbsp: Ketchup,
4 tsp: Grainy mustard,
2: 28-oz cans baked beans,
Directions:
1. In a medium pan cook the bacon until crisp; remove from the pan.
2. Put the onion into the pan and cook until softened, about 5
minutes. 3. Add the maple syrup, rum, ketchup and mustard; cook 2
minutes. 4. Stir in the baked beans; cook 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. 5. Stir in the bacon and cook 2 minutes. Serve.
