Deluxe Jalepeno Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Yellow cornmeal,
17 ounce: Whole kernel corn,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1: Jalepeno peppers chopped,
2: Eggs beaten,
1 cup: Buttermilk,
Pimento chopped,
1/2 cup: Margarine melted,
1 cup: Cheddar cheese grated,
1 medium: Onion chopped,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a well-greased 9x9" pan.
Place the 1 C. cheese on top. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6
people.
