Denver Bacon Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Slices: Louis Rich Turkey Bacon,
2: Flour tortillas, 7"
1/4: Red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp: Chopped onion,
1/2 cup: Cholesterol-free egg product,
2 tbsp: Shredded cheddar cheese,
Directions:
Heat turkey bacon in a small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5
minutes or until lightly browned. Place 1 bacon slice on each
tortilla.
Add bell pepper and onion to hot skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Add egg substitute to bell pepper mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2
minutes or until set.
Divide egg mixture between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Season to
taste with salt and pepper if desired. Fold tortillas over filling.
