Deviled Eggs A La Jadi Recipe

Ingredients:
9: Hard-boiled eggs, peel
Shell,
3: Scallions, finely chopped
12 ounce: Cn tuna-drained and flaked,
1 1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
3/4 cup: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Sesame or peanut oil,
1 1/2 tsp: Lemon juice,
Salt and freshly ground,
Black pepper,
Paprika,

Directions:
Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing
bowl. Add scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and
salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with
tuna/egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Note: Crab meat or
abalone may be substituted for the tuna.
