Dole Raisin Pineapple Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1: Egg,
3/4 cup: DOLE Pineapple Juice,
1 tsp: Grated orange peel,
1 1/2 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1 cup: DOLE Raisins,

Directions:
BEAT sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, juice
and orange peel. COMBINE remaining ingredients; stir into juice
mixture until moistened. Spoon batter into six muffin cups coated
with cooking spray. BAKE at 375F. 25 minutes. Cool on rack; serve
warm.

Prep Time: 20 minutes. Bake Time: 25 minutes.
