Russian Black Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Vineger,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Minced dried onion,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Instant coffee,
1 1/2 tbsp: Dark unsweetened cocoa,
1 cup: Dark rye flour,
1 1/2 cup: Unbleached bread flour,
1/2 cup: Oat bran,
2 tbsp: Caraway seeds, optional
2 1/2 tsp: Dry active yeast,

Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients in the breadmaker pan. Stir to desolve
coffee and disperse cocoa. Add remaining ingerdients. Set for
regular cycle and press start. Makes a small, short loaf.
