Saucepan Gum Drop Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Shortening,
1 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Flour,
1 1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1: Egg,
2/3 cup: Finely chopped gum drops,
2 tbsp: Water after vanilla,
Directions:
Melt shortening in saucepan, remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla.
