Saucy Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Chicken breasts, whole,cubed
2 tbsp: Onion, instant minced
1/2 cup: Dairy sour cream,
1/2 cup: Water chestnuts, sliced
1 cup: Potato chips, crushed
1 cup: Rice, uncooked
1 can: Cream/mushroom soup, 10.75oz
1 can: Mushroom stems/pieces, 4oz
1 can: Peas,drained, 17oz
Directions:
1. Blend together chicken, rice, onion and soup in a large bowl.
2. Gently fold in sour cream, mushrooms, water chestnuts and peas.
3. Spread mixture in a greased 8-inch-square casserole; cover and
bake in preheated 350F. oven 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle potato chips over top; bake, uncovered, 10 minutes
longer.
