Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
6 each: Potato, peeled
1 each: Onion, sliced
3 tbsp: Butter,
3 tbsp: Flour,
1 quart: Milk,
Salt,
Pepper,

Directions:
Slice potatoes thinly. Grease baking dish and place a row of potatoes
in it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter. Add
a row of thinly sliced onion and sprinkle again. Pour scalded milk
over the last layer and dot with butter. Bake at 370 deg for 1 hour.
We like adding a layer of sliced ham.
