Schokelade Edelweiss Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter,
1/2 Bar: German chocolate,
3: Eggs,
1 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
Vanilla ice cream or whipping cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9" pie pan.
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Set aside. Beat eggs
until frothy. Add sugar and beat well. Add flour and beat well. Add
vanilla and chocolate mixture and beat well. Pour into pan and bake
35-40 minutes. Cool before serving.
Cut in wedges and top with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream.
