Scotland Oat Bread Recipe

3 tbsp: Honey,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
1/4 cup: Water,
3 tbsp: Applesauce*,
2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Gluten,
3/4 cup: Oat bran,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 cup: Oat flour,
3 tsp: Yeast,
Directions:
Place in pan according to custom. *May use vegetable oil. Adapted from
