Dutch Stewed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Potato, raw, diced
1 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Pepper,
1 tsp: Parsley, minced
1 each: Onion, sliced
2 tsp: Flour,

Directions:
Melt the butter and cook onion in it about 5 minutes. Add the salt,
pepper, parsley and potatoes and cover with boiling water and cook
until tender. Thicken the potatoes with the flour which has been
