Seed Luncheon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Flour,
4 ounce: Margarine,
2 ounce: Butter,
6 ounce: Sugar,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Caraway seeds,
3 ounce: Candied peel,
2: Eggs,
A little milk,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Rub in margarine and
butter, add sugar, seeds and thinly sliced peel. Add beaten eggs with
enough milk to make a light dough. Place in a well-greased loaf pan
and bake 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven (375F).
