Easy Beef & Salsa Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1 tbsp: Chili powder,
1/4 tsp: Ground cumin,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
10 ounce: Frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, well drained
1 cup: Prepared chunky salsa,
3/4 cup: Shredded Co_Jack cheese,
8 medium: Flour tortillas, warmed
Directions:
Convenient prepared salsa, frozen spinach and shredded Co-Jack cheese

1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8 to
10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off
drippings.
2. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in
spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
3. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla.
Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping
edges.
