Easy Cheesey Potato Scallop Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Thinly sliced cooked, peeled
Potatoes,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped onion,
2 tbsp: All-purpose flour,
2 tbsp: Cheese flavor sprinkles,
Divided,
1 1/2 tsp: Parsley flakes,
1/4 tsp: Ground mustard powder,
1/4 tsp: Table blen seasoning,
3/4 cup: Skim or lowfat milk, heated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 1-qt. casserole or baking dish with
non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 1/2
tablespoon cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and blend
seasoning. Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole. Top with a
thin layer of chopped onion. Sprinkle with seasoned flour mixture.
Repeat layers with seasoned flour mixture. Repeat the layers. Pour
heated milk evenly over casserole mixture. Cover. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, continue baking 10 minutes,
until potatoes are golden and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with
remaining 1/2 teaspoon cheese sprinkles.
