Ingredients:
-KATHRYN BRYANS, JMSH36B
1 1/4 cup: Water,
2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Baking soda,
3 cup: Bread flour,
3 tbsp: Nonfat dry milk,
2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
Ive tried this bread several times in my Hitachi
and have been very happy with it. Dont be alarmed
at the small size of the loaf; the top is supposed
to sink. The recipe comes from Donna Germans 1st
B/M Cookbook.
(This is great to put on the timer to have first
thing in the morning)
