Falafel (edwards) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Dried chickpeas, soaked in
5 cup: -Water for 24 hours,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Finely minced onion,
2 tbsp: Finely minced parsley,
1 tsp: Ground cumin,
1 tsp: Ground coriander,
2: Garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 dash: Black pepper,

Directions:
Drain the chickpeas well and place them and other ingredients in a
food processor. Process until the mixture is of the consistency of
coarse corn meal. Form into patties and fry.
