2 cup: Bread Flour,
1 tbsp: Nonfat Dried Milk,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Applesauce,
1/2 tbsp: Maple syrup,
1/2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Canned pumpkin,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/4 tsp: Allspice,
1/4 cup: Pumpkin seeds,
2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
*** Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin - not pie filling.
