Ingredients:
4 Stalks: celery, sliced
1/2 cup: Canned water chestnuts thinly sliced,
1 package: Frozen petite peas 8- to 10-ounce package,
2 tbsp: Butter,
4 cup: Steamed rice,
Salt,
Pepper,

Directions:
Combine celery, water chestnuts, peas and putter in saucepan. Place
over medium heat and heat through. Toss with rice and season to taste
with salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
Each serving contains about: 396 calories; 117 mg sodium; 8 mg
cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 81 grams carbohydrates; 9 grams protein; 1
gram fiber.
