Selyodka Pod Ukropnym Sousom Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Herring boned & skinned cut into 1" diagonal pcs.,
1/3 cup: Red wine vinegar,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
2 tsp: Sugar,
2 tsp: Dried dill chopped or -,
2 tbsp: Dill fresh & chopped fine,

Directions:
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and
pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
