Shredded Carrots A Lorange Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh carrots unpared, shredded
3 tbsp: Orange juice concentrate frozen, undiluted
1/4 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
Pinch ground cinnamon,
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
In a large non-stick saucepan or skillet with a lid, combine shredded
carrots with remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, 3 minutes.
Uncover and simmer an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until nearly all the
liquid is evaporated. Makes 5 servings, about 70 calories each.
