Simple Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Powdered sugar, yes, four cups!
8 ounce: Cream cheese, one large package or 3 small packages less a nibble
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
5 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
Assorted toppings, cocoa, powdered sugar, crushed nuts, jimmies, etc.

Directions:
Mix the powdered sugar into the softened cream cheese a little (2/3
cup) at a time, making sure it is well blended after every addition.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese
mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well. Chill for a couple hours.
Roll mix into one inch balls, then roll them in a topping. Chill.

NOTES:

* Easy-to-make candies with chocolate and cream cheese -- Heres a
good recipe for lazy chocolate freaks. Theyre not as good as the
ones you buy in good candy stores, but theyre still yummy.

* If youre adventurous, try substituting the liqueur of your choice
for the vanilla.
