1/2 cup: Diet margarine, melted
3 tbsp: Cocoa,
Sugar subst. to taste,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2: Eggs,
1/4 cup: Canned evap. skim milk,
5: Pecan halves, chopped
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and
salt.
Beat eggs. Melt margarine. Add all ingredients to flour mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
