Foolproof Maple Oat Bread For The R2 D2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp: Yeast,
1 1/2 cup: Oats,
3 cup: Flour, bread
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
1/2 tbsp: Dough enhancer, optional
3 tbsp: Oil,
1: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Syrup, maple flavored
1 2/3 cup: Water, warm
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 11 oclock. Select "sweet bread" and
push Start.
In hot or humid weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c.
Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvias comment: a heavy,
dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
