Simple Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Anchovy fillets, rinsed
1/2 cup: Pitted kalamata olives,
2 tbsp: Capers, minced
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick,
drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over
vegetables.
