1 lbs: Tempeh burgers, prepared; crumbled
1 1/2 cup: Tomato paste,
2 tsp: Vinegar, brown rice
3 tsp: Tamari,
5 tsp: Canola or safflower oil,
3 tbsp: Onion flakes, dried
2 tsp: Oregano,
1 1/2 tsp: Basil,
Directions:
To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir
to combine.
Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
