Snappy Bean Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Broccoli flowerets, in bite- size pieces
3 ounce: Snap beans, cut into bite- size pieces
3 ounce: Tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 ounce: Lima beans, cooked
1 1/2 ounce: Brazil nuts, chopped
2 tbsp: Soy oil,
1 tsp: Mustard,
2 tsp: Fresh chives, minced
1 tsp: Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp: Tarragon,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with
soy oil. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes with a cover.
