Snowflake Rosettes Recipe

Ingredients:

FORMATTED BY LISA CRAWFORD
4: Eggs,
2 cup: Milk,
2 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Oil for frying,

Directions:
Beat eggs until just before they begin to foam. Add the milk a
little at a time. Add flour gradually. Beat until smooth. Add sugar,
salt and vanilla. Heat hot oil/ Place iron in hot oil, then in batter
Fry one at a time until golden. Sprinkle with granualated sugar.
