2: 5 Oz. Sole Fillets,
5: Mushrooms Chopped,
2 tbsp: Chopped Parsley,
2 tbsp: Chopped Shallots,
2 tbsp: Peeled & Chopped Tomatoes,
1/2 cup: Soave OR Dry White Wine,
Salt & Pepper,
Directions:
Cover Bottom Of Baking Dish With Half The Tomatoes. Sprinkle With
Half The Mushrooms, Parsley & Shallots. Lay The Fish Onn Top And
Cover With The Rest Of The Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Shallots And Parsley.
Pour The Soave Over The Mixture. Sprinkle With Salt & Pepper And
Bake At 350 Degrees For 30 Minutes.
