Sour Cream Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Warm water,
1 tbsp: Yeast,
1/4 cup: Butter,
3 tbsp: Maple syrup,
1: Egg,
1 cup: Sour cream,
3 cup: whole wheat pastry flour,
Directions:
Combine water and yeast; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat together
remaining ingredients. Stir in yeast mixture; form into ball.
Lightly oil bowl, and put dough in it. Roll dough over so top is also
oiled. Cover with towel and let rise 1 hour. Place dough on lightly
floured board and roll to 1/2" thick. Cut and shape. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes.
