Sourdough Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sourdough starter,
1 1/2 cup: Yellow corn meal,
1 1/2 cup: Evaperated milk,
2 each: Eggs beaten,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Melted butter, warm
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 tsp: Soda,

Directions:
Thoroughly mix the starter, cornmeal, evap. milk, eggs, and sugar in a
large bowl. Stir in melted butter, salt, and soda. Turn into a 10 inch
greased pan ( iron skillet works real well) and bake at 450f for 30
mins
