Southestern Shrimp Creole Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Margarine or butter,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 large: Green pepper, chopped
1: Garlic clove, minced
1 package: Diced pimientos, 4 oz
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 can: RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, 10 oz
1 lbs: Shrimp, shelled and deveined
Cooked rice,
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic
until tender. Stir in pimientos, salt, pepper and RO*TEL; simmer 10
minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Serve with cooked rice.
