Southwestern Egg Puff Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Velveeta Mexican,
Pasteurized Process Cheese,
Spread with Jalapeno Pepper,
Cubed,
2 cup: Cottage cheese,
6: Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup: Picante sauce,
1/4 cup: Margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Seasoned salt,
1 can: , (12 oz) whole kernel corn
With sweet peppers, drained
Picante sauce,
Sour cream,
Avocado slices,

Directions:
In a large bowl,combine ingredients;mix well.Pour into a greased 12 x
8 baking dish.Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden
brown.Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado
slices,if desired.Makes 4 to 6 servings.
