Southwestern Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Yellow cornmeal,
1/3 cup: Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs,
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1 tbsp: Plus 1 teaspoon chili powder,
1 tbsp: Plus 1 teaspoon ground cumin,
1 tbsp: Plus 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Ground red pepper,

Directions:
Directions: Combine all ingredients in large zip-top heavy-duty
plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Store tightly sealed in
refrigerator, and shake well before each use.

Use as a coating mix for poultry, pork, or fish. Yield: 1-1/2 cups
(serving size: 2 tablespoons).
