Southwestern Style Black Eyed Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Black-eyed peas,
1: Carrot, diced
1/2: Onion, diced
1/4: Green pepper, diced
1 Stalk: celery, diced
3 Cloves: garlic, minced or
Pressed,
1/2 tsp: Salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp: Pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp: Tobasco or other hot sauce,
Or to taste,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer
for at least 10 minutes, but 20 - 25 is better.
