Soy Ginger Reduction Recipe

1/4 tbsp: light soy sauce,
1/2 tsp: each minced garlic and,
Directions:
: ginger
2 ts sugar
2 TB rice vinegar
: salt and pepper
Set ingredients in a small saucepan, heat and reduce until syrupy;
drizzle through a strainer, over tuna.
