Ingredients:
2 cup: Lowfat cottage cheese,
1/2 cup: Fresh parsley leaves,
1/2 cup: Cilantro leaves,
1 can: , (4-oz) chopped green chilies
1/3 cup: Chopped seeded tomato,
2 tbsp: Chopped green pepper,
1 centiliter: Minced garlic,
1/2 tsp: Cumin,

Directions:
Place parsley and cilantro in food processor work bowl; process with
steel blades until chopped. Add cottage cheese; process until smooth.
Add combined remaining ingredients; stir. Serve with pita or flour
tortilla wedges.
