French Chocolate Truffles Recipe

6 ounce: Sweet baking chocolate,
1 tbsp: Cognac or,
2 tbsp.: sherry,
1/2 cup: Butter,
2 tbsp: Sifted cocoa,
1 cup: Sifted sugar,
1 tbsp: Heavy cream,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
