Spanish Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
1 tsp: Olive oil,
1/4 cup: Pine nuts,
1/4 cup: Golden raisins Salt to taste,

Directions:
Saute spinach in olive over medium heat until wilted. Remove from
heat; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serves 4.
