Frozen White Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Heavy cream,
1 cup: Prepared horseradish,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Minced parsley,
1 tbsp: Chopped pimiento,
Directions:
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in other ingredients. Place in
freezer and freeze, stirring once during process. Serve with baked
fish or ham.
