German Cucumber Salad #1 Recipe

Ingredients:

SALAD
2 medium: Cucumbers, thinly sliced
4: Green onions, thinly sliced
3 small: Tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp: Fresh parsley, snipped
DRESSING
1/4 cup: Sour cream,
1/4 tsp: Prepared mustard,
2 tbsp: Fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp: Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
In a bowl, combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients;
pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for at
least 1 hr.
