Spiced Pecan Cake Glaze Recipe

1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
For the glaze: Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a
boil. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Immediately,
brush the glaze over the top of each cake layer with a pastry brush,
a little at a time, using all the glaze.
