Spiced Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Boneless pork loin roast trimmed/cut into 2 inch pieces,
2 can: 14 1/2 oz cans whole tomatoes, drained/ chopped
1 large: Onion, chopped
1/3 cup: Raisins,
2 tbsp: Tomato paste,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1 tbsp: Chopped pickled jalapeno Peppers,
1 tsp: Beef bouillon granules,
1/4 tsp: Salt, or more
1/4 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,

Directions:
This recipe is for 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.

Place pork in a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, stirring
well. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 to 5 hours or on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork from cooker using a slotted spoon, cool slightly, and
shred using two forks. Return meat to the slow cooker and cook until
thoroughly heated. Serve over hamburger buns.
