Spicy Okra With Basmati Rice & Black Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Onions, chopped
2 cup: Fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp: Hot sesame oil,
1 cup: Okra, sliced
1 tsp: Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground black pepper,
1/2: Vegetable bouillon cube,
2 cup: White basmati rice, cooked
1 cup: Black beans, canned
Directions:
In a medium size saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil
for 5 minutes. Add the okra, garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon cube.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot over the rice and beans, or
brown rice.
