Spinach & Cashew Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Chopped raw spinach leaves,
1/2 cup: Watercress,
4: Green onions, sliced
1/3 cup: Cashews,
1/2 cup: Croutons,
Vegan salad dressing, (your favorite one)
Directions:
Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a
serving bowl. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat
immediately while crisp.
