Gevas Jerked Chicken Drumette Recipe

Ingredients:
Stephen Ceideburg,
2 1/2 lbs: Chicken drumettes,
1/2 cup: Jerk seasoning, see note
1 tsp: Minced garlic,

Directions:
Toss chicken drumettes with Jerk seasoning and garlic. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Grill and serve hot. Note: Jerk seasoning may be found in West Indian
markets, Housewives Market in Oakland, and Prince Nevilles on
Divisadero in San Francisco.
