Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh spinach,
1: Clove, (s) garlic
1 tsp: Sugar,
1: Lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Paprika,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
3 tbsp: Sour cream,
1/2 cup: Oil,

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds. Toss with
spinach and serve.
