Spinach Salad With Tangy Orange Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Orange juice,
4 tsp: Balsamic vinegar,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Fresh ground black pepper,
300 gram: Fresh spinach, bite-size pieces
2 cup: Mushrooms, sliced
3 Slices: bacon, cooked,chopped
1/2: Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
1. In small bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and
pepper. (or place in jar and shake)

2. In large bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Drizzle
with dressing and toss.
