Spit-roasted Rolled Rib Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 4-5 lb. rolled rib roast,
2 tsp: Seasoned salt,
1 tsp: Salt,
4 Cloves: fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Onion salt,
1/2 tsp: Coarse black pepper,
1/4 tsp: Ginger,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
Directions:
Trim off most of the outside fat from roast. Combine seasonings and
rub into all surfaces of the roast. Place on spit, 5 to 6 inches from
coals, and cook 1 1/2 hours or until desired degree of doneness.
